Frequently asked questions
- How do I choose how long my kid plays each day?
- In Settings › Parents' Corner. The first time, you create a 4-digit PIN; with it you set play time, reminders and gold from home.
- I forgot the PIN.
- On the PIN screen, tap "Forgot your PIN?" and use Face ID or the device passcode. If the device has no passcode, the game asks you to solve a grown-up multiplication.
- Time ran out and the mice fell asleep.
- That's the play time agreed at home. The game lets the fight finish, and the next day play picks up right where it left off. A grown-up can add time with "Ask for more time" and the PIN.
- Is progress lost if I switch iPhone or iPad?
- No, as long as iCloud is on with the same Apple ID: progress from both devices merges on its own, without losing anything.
- Are there purchases or ads?
- No. You pay once when you download it, and with Family Sharing it works for the whole family. Inside the game there are no purchases, ads, loot boxes or notifications nagging to come back.
